EGR 1 Piece Ute Lids...

EGR’s 1 piece hard tonneaus covers are designed for vehicles that are not fitted with sports bars.

These high quality hard covers are lockable and feature gas struts for ease of opening. EGR has the capability to add remote locking interior light features that can be incorporated to the vehicle’s key.

EGR’s one piece covers are available in either smooth A-Class painted body matched colours, unpainted (ready to paint) smooth finish, or, in un-painted textured UV stable finish (designed to be fitted unpainted).

EGR 3 Piece Ute Lids - Suits OE Sports Bars...

EGR’s 3 piece hard tonneau covers are designed specifically to compliment the fitment of Sports Bars.

The tonneau corner pieces are designed to ensure a tight seal around the sports bars to prevent water leaking into the tub in these areas. The main body of the 3 piece tonneaus can be easily removed with EGR’s quick release hinge pin system. Parts can be made available either un-painted or robotically painted to an A-class standard.

Roll Top Security Cover...

The Roll Top consists of an aluminium curtain that rolls up into a small canister that is located next to the cabin. The canister is 150mm x 150mm in dual cab Utes, slightly larger in single cab Utes. The curtain is spring loaded (just like a garage roll-a-door), so that when you unlock the Cover it quickly rolls down the tray into the canister. The spring tension can be adjusted as required. There is a top quality flush mounted lock in the centre of the cover at the tailgate end, and when the key is activated, two locking bars slide into either side - making it almost impossible to jemmy open. The roll top is water resistant. Water runs to both sides of the Cover and is collected in the channels of the side panels, and then drains away down four drain tubes that are installed internally. There is an inspection hatch at the front of the Cover which can be opened to remove leaves etc that may have "rolled" into the canister. This hatch also allows re-tensioning of the spring. However removal of the hatch does not allow access to the load tray - thereby preventing theft from this area.
