All accessory electronics delivered by STEINBAUER are based on a single principle: 100% independence of the hardware module from the vehicle’s own control electronics by means of an original STEINBAUER plug connection.

Unlike many European manufacturers that use a generic chip to cover many vehicles and pump types we have a range of chips specific to your vehicle. Each DPChip is specifically designed for a particular engine/pump type and each DPChip is also individually programmed to suit your specific vehicle type. Because every vehicle is different (yes even two vehicles coming off the production line together will still vary slightly), further fine tuning is available either manually (user adjustable) or via laptop (at our premises).
